1. What does tessellation mean, in your own words?
The repetition of a single image in small square formats to form something else. 2. How you created the tessellation- be specific, not just "I followed the instructions from Mrs. Moncure." I chose a picture that i took and liked then re-sized it to a very small size and put it on a formatted layout of small squares to from a bigger image using the small one. 3. What did you like about this? What was your favorite image? My favorite image was the one with the mushrooms because i liked the way it turned out because it kind of looks like a print pattern or something similar. 4. What did you struggle with? I did not struggle everything was very easy. 5. If you had to do it over again, what would you do differently? I would figure out a way to do it faster.

1. What did you learn about portraiture from going to the duck pond?
I learned that finding the perfect lighting is extremely hard even if your out on a sunny day. 2. What is the thing that you used to decide on your poses? Was it helpful or no? We used the template that Mrs. Moncure gave us and just randomly chose the posses. This was really helpful because if we didn't have it we would have taken a lot longer to get the pictures. 3. How did you use the reflector? Was it useful or not? What did it make the model look like? We used the reflector to get rid of any shadows that the spot we chose for the picture put upon our model. It was really useful in order to get the perfect picture. It made the model look lighter and more defined because of the way the light hit them. 4. What specifically did you do to retouch the photograph? I used the video that Mrs. Moncure gave us and followed step by step. 5. Research- what are some positions that use portrait photography? Who hires them? What is the salary range? What is the average charge for taking someone's portrait photographs? Commercial photography is a great way to get your career started. Entry level portrait photographers make between $8.00-$10.00/Hr. You should be charging about $100 per image due to all the task one must do before handing in the final product. Anyone in need of portraits can and will hire you. 1. What did you bring for your food? What did you use for props to make it special?
